We provide a range of IT assistance and support services for staff and students.
You can visit one of our support kiosks to get help on campus. If you can't make it to campus, or need support after hours, you can submit a request online or call us.
Operating hours
Monday–Thursday: 7.30am—8.30pm
Friday: 7.30am—5pm
Semester break: 8am—5pm

Submit and track the progress of your incident or service request at any time through the VU Support Hub. (VU login required)

If you call outside of our operating hours, please leave a detailed description of your request and include your:
- name
- phone number
- student/staff ID.
