Some of our courses consider ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank) as part of the selection process. The ATAR ranks your exam results relative to other students who have completed their final school exams in the same year, and is shown as a number between 0 and 99.95.
On this page, you will find data from the most recent intake period for courses requiring an ATAR, indicating the lowest to highest ATAR and selection rank (ATAR with adjustments) to receive an offer for the course.
The data is based on the ATARs of successful applicants who graduated from Year 12 in the last three years (and haven't studied since leaving secondary school), who received an offer through VTAC in 2022.

For the majority of our courses, you don't need a particular ATAR to apply. See VU's non-ATAR courses.
