This unit (VHH2006) will provide students with a broad theoretical and technical understanding of information systems that relate to the operations and management of a hotel or hospitality business. Over the course of the unit, students will learn about the creation and storage of sound information and how to use data and information to support decision making. Students will make use of a range of cloud-based personal and team productivity tools, and learn about key hospitality and hotel management software systems.
