This unit (VHH2005) will provide students with an understanding of business law concepts and principles, and how these apply to operations and risk management within a hotel and hospitality context. Students will learn the basic principles of contract law, and gain a familiarity with case law, compliance and regulatory requirements as they relate to the hotel and hospitality sector.
