In this unit students will work in collaborative groups on problem-based learning tasks related to innovation and growth within the hotel and hospitality sectors. Students will be expected to draw on all of the theoretical and technical skills they have gained throughout their Associate Degree studies. Students will undertake career planning activities which will allow them to identify and define their own values, interests and skills against gathered information in order to make knowledgeable career decisions within their industry.
