These decisions relate to economic, operational, financial and efficient company positioning in the international trade. Decisions include exports and imports in international marketplace in terms of productivity improvements, organisation of viable production operations and effective transportation facilities. Achieving optimal economic balance relating to the key business operational activities in the international trade from the point of resource allocation, management of resources and development of efficient processes is the key focus of this unit.
