In this unit student will be exposed to various project management methodologies in order to fully appreciate the wide range of options and requirements of project conception and management. The PMBOK method will be used as a guideline for students to develop their own project charter and project plan, culminating in the presentation of this plan, and production of a project report. The unit broadly covers the process of developing a project idea and plan, and consider the various requirements that will allow for the plan to be implemented and managed.
