Learning Outcomes
1. | Interpret and implement skills and knowledge to operate within the scopes of professional roles available to clinical exercise practitioners, and critically reflect on how these intersect with the roles of other health professionals; | ||
2. | Evaluate, appraise, and design exercise assessment methods and training protocols; | ||
3. | Interpret data and client-derived information with high degrees of accuracy to discriminate between clinical and functional (e.g. exercise capacity) outcomes; | ||
4. | Interview clients, and explicate how to use mental skills appropriate for an Exercise Physiologist in clinical practice; and | ||
5. | Evaluate, assess, and devise strategies to improve client self-management, adherence and compliance to rehabilitation programs. |
