Learning Outcomes
1. | Elaborate and interpret the relevant provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and, where applicable, common law and equity; | ||
2. | Analyse and explain applicable policies underlying rules and principles relating to corporations and their stakeholders in a 21st century setting; | ||
3. | Critically review and debate complex legal problems in corporations law and recommend appropriate innovative resolutions; and | ||
