Learning Outcomes
1. | Evaluate contemporary managerial theory and management processes for dealing with stakeholders (individuals, groups and organisations) and apply as appropriate to various project management scenarios; | ||
2. | Identify stakeholders and their legitimacy and develop a stakeholder strategy matrix; | ||
3. | Design and appraise a stakeholder management plan, and monitor and control progress; and | ||
4. | Investigate how stakeholder management in projects can support the concept of sustainability. |
