This unit (APP2024) of study extends students' theoretical understanding and skill development in areas relevant to working within an organisational setting. Students will have the opportunity to critically examine theory relating to group dynamics and processes and reflect on the applicability of these theoretical concepts when completing group activities and assignments. Other topics that will be examined in this unit include cooperation and conflict, implementing change, power dynamics, and the organisational contextualisation of decision-making processes.
