The aim of this unit is to introduce students to theoretical concepts relevant to working in organisational settings and to develop skills relevant to working within an organisational settings. Topics include organisational culture and structure, leadership, employee diversity and wellbeing, organisational ethics, organisational communication and change. The unit emphasises skills and knowledge for those who want to work in psychology, counselling, human resources and other organisational settings.
