Learning Outcomes
1. | Analyse selected permanent visa program/s in Australia and critically review their importance and applicability in contemporary times; | ||
2. | Analyse selected temporary visa program/s in Australia and critically review their importance and applicability in contemporary times; | ||
3. | Interpret and justify relevant requirements of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) and the Migration Regulations 1994 (Cth) and procedures in relation to selected visas in the Australian visa system and identifying and solving contemporary visa problems; and | ||
4. | Exemplify professional judgement by identifying the appropriate visa category to meet the needs of a vclient based on the selected visas. |
