This unit (LLW2002) is designed for students undertaking an approved study tour within the College of Law and Justice. Students participate in an organised short-term or long-term study tour that combines formal study with experiential learning in a particular culture and society. Students participate in a series of seminars hosted or organised by agencies, institutions or organisations approved by the College. Using an inquiry-based approach along with their participation in project partnerships and other learning and teaching situations, students explore their developing understanding of the law in a social, cultural, academic and transnational environment while contextualising their experience within the framework of environment protection and enhancement, business establishment and sustainability or community development.
Prerequisites
Completion of four units of study. Students must also meet the requirements to undertake study abroad as defined and updated by Victoria Abroad.
