The Diversity in Practice Unit aims to encourage students to apply clinical principles and practice to the specific and diverse needs of the client. This includes areas such as women's and men's health, mental and occupational health, incontinence and paediatrics. Integrating these skills and knowledge will reinforce the importance of a person-centred care approach to healthcare across the lifespan and inclusive of indigenous and culturally diverse populations.
