This capstone unit will build on HHN3601 considering the principles and practice of designing, implementing, managing and evaluating health promotion programs/interventions in the community. Underpinning theory and frameworks for health program and intervention planning and evaluation will be explored and applied to the practical experience in the delivery of nutrition education. Students will work in teams to plan, deliver and evaluate community food and nutrition education interventions.
