The aim of this unit is to explore Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) education. This unit (EDC1004) focuses on developing your confidence, creativity and collaborative skills through hands on activities and problem-based approach. Throughout this unit you will be provided with opportunities to develop an understanding of the role of STEM in everyday life and familiarise yourself with the core ideas and practices that scientists, technologists, mathematicians, engineers and teachers use in creating knowledge about the world.
