This unit (APS3030) further develops students' knowledge and skills in investigating research questions in psychology. Specifically this unit develops students' understanding of assumptions and methods in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research paradigms. Students will further develop their knowledge of major qualitative methodologies and methods and ethical considerations when using qualitative methods. Students will also gain skills in the use of and application of advanced quantitative techniques.
