Personal training

Personal training is a great choice if you:

  • want to look fitter and feel healthier
  • need extra motivation to reach a fitness goal
  • are recovering from an injury and want to get your fitness back on track
  • are looking for variety in your current exercise routine

This membership is for those who want assured results. The intensive individual coaching means that if you stick to the plan devised by the personal trainer you will succeed in achieving your goals.

What you'll get

With our Succeed membership you will get all of the benefits our regular membership, plus:

  • one 45-minute personal training sessions a week.

The individual personal training session is conducted by a personal trainer working with you one-on-one for 45 minutes, focusing on achieving your particular goals.

Fees

Fees are $62.30 per week.

The fees are paid monthly via direct debit.

This membership is for those who are ready to take their training to the next level. In stepping it up with your personal sessions it means that if you stick to the plan devised by the personal trainer you will realise your goals sooner.

What you'll get

With our Realise membership you will get all of the benefits our regular membership, plus:

  • two 45-minute personal training sessions a week.

The individual personal training session is conducted by a personal trainer working with you one-on-one for 45 minutes, focusing on achieving your particular goals. The additional time compared to the Succeed membership allows you to safely push your limits and get faster results.

Fees

Fees are $120 per week.

The fees are paid monthly via direct debit.

VU Master Movers

Master Movers is a suite of affordable exercise programs designed by Victoria University Sport, to help adults over 50 get active and stay heathy in a supportive and social environment.

Master Movers currently consists of 3 programs, each tailored to different stages of the fitness journey.

Master Movers

Our flagship program, Master Movers is a gentle chaired-based group exercise class incorporating strength, balance, and co-ordination exercises.

Master Movers Strength 

During this fully supervised gym-based class, a qualified exercise professional will guide participants through an individualised strength training program.

Master Movers Sustain

This is an autonomous gym session for participants who have completed an induction through the Master Movers Strength program.

Fees

We offer a free trial for all Master Movers programs.
