Book an appointment using the following steps:
Appointments for Exceptional Circumstances Fee Extensions fill quickly. Please submit your completed application with supporting documents to welfare@vu.edu.au. Include your Student ID in the subject line.
You will receive an email confirming your appointment. We will also send you a reminder on the day of your appointment.
Bring any documents that might help the senior adviser understand and help you with your issue – such as bills, a letter from Centrelink or a course release letter.
