Enrolment

Fees (refunds)
Refunds are processed centrally by the ECA Refunds team for all refund applications.
The Refund of international student fees application form must be completed and forwarded, in the first instance, to refunds@eca.edu.au.
VU Brisbane student refund requests are processed according to the VU International Refund Policy.

Onshore students use this form if you are studying in Australia, are unable to submit the online version of the form and any of your assessment is impacted due to illness or other circumstances.
