About Romana Morda

Dr Romana Morda is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology. She is also a registered psychologist.

Romana's research interests include the challenges faced by women in leadership roles in traditionally male-dominated employment areas and strategies for facilitating their leadership development. She has also conducted research examining workplace stress and bullying.

Romana completed a PhD that examined the relationship between intelligence and leadership in preschool children. She subsequently expanded on this research by exploring leadership perceptions and enactment in adolescents.

Her major areas of teaching are developmental psychology and organisational psychology.
