About Shahnaz Naughton

Associate Professor Shahnaz Naughton is a senior academic and consultant with more than 30 years’ experience working across public and private sector organisations. She is the Director of Change, Innovation and Leadership Program at Victoria University, Melbourne.

Previously, she has held appointments at the University of New South Wales, the University of Queensland and the University of Melbourne. Apart from holding academic roles, Shahnaz has consulted widely in Australia and has led major and complex change and transformation projects internationally with UNDP in areas of government policy reform and implementation. 

Currently she consults in East Kalimantan, Indonesia where she is a special advisor to the Governor and Senior Ministers on public and private sector reform.  Her specific skill set is in driving Transformational Change, Organisational Learning, Culture Change and Leadership Development through workshop and training.
