The VU team were on show at the 2012 Herald Sun Trades Expo.
Faculty of Technical and Trades Innovation's three schools Service Industries, Construction Industries and Engineering and Industrial Training displayed their huge range of courses and information on how to turn your passion into your profession.

The hair and make-up students from the School of Service Industries' department of Personal Services took to the trade stage to showcase their magic. The team displayed a number of application styles from the art of bridal makeup for the big day through to the gruesome special effects required for film and television.
Teaching staff and students worked collaboratively to give the volunteers a makeover like never before!
"It's terrific to be part of the Trades Expo" says Julie Blatherwick, Education Manager at the School of Service Industries, "It's exciting for our student to demonstrate their skills, and expand the concept of how hair and make-up can transform."
