As part of an honours research project, you are invited to participate in a study that will examine the acute effects of differing levels of altitude exposure on repeated-sprint performance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a world class altitude facility.
If you choose to participate, you will complete your sessions at 0m, 1000m, 2000m or 3000m of simulated altitude. Both physiological and performance variables will be investigated including blood sampling.
To be eligible to participate in this research, you must be:
- aged between 18 and 35
- physically active
- committed to attending six testing sessions at the Footscray Park campus. Each session will be an hour and a half or less.
