The Writing Space is a popular peer-assisted writing centre where Victoria University students can go to speak to a peer writing mentor about their VU writing assignments. The Writing Space is open again for business in 2012 from Monday the 5th of March.
The Writing Space now has two locations:
- Footscray Park Learning Commons
Room, P212 - St Albans Learning Commons
Open study area, near Careers
Writing mentors are available five days a week to help students from all disciplines:
- Monday to Wednesday - 2pm to 6pm
- Thursday to Friday - 12pm to 4pm
The Writing Space is an initiative of the Student Learning Unit (SLU) and Students Supporting Student Learning (SSSL), in the School of Language and Learning.
