At the close of nominations on 20 September 2011, no nominations were received for the postgraduate student representative position on the Faculty Board of Studies. Health, Engineering and Science postgraduate students are invited to nominate for this position.
This is a fantastic personal and professional development opportunity for the successful candidate. The student representative will be provided with a Faculty mentor to assist you with developing and understanding of the Committee's business. You will be reimbursed for any travel expenses associated with attending meetings.
The commitment for this position will be one meeting per month, usually on the third Tuesday, from 1.30pm - 4.00pm. Meetings will be held at St Albans campus.
The terms of appointment will be from November 2011 to October 2012.
Nomination forms
To be eligible for any of the above positions, please fill out the appropriate nomination form. Each nomination must be:
- proposed and seconded by persons eligible to vote in the election; and
- signed by the nominee.
Should there be more than one nomination for each of the categories, elections amongst the student body will be held.
All nominations must be returned to the Faculty as instructed on the form by 5pm Friday 14 October 2011.
