The Faculty of Arts, Education & Human Development is for the last time in 2012 calling for nominations from postgraduate students for a position on the Faculty Board of Studies.
This is a great opportunity for you to get your voice heard.
Be involved in the decision-making process which affects you and your fellow students.
Have your say on matters including:
- courses and coursework recommendations
- university equipment
- admission requirements
- student support services
If you are thinking of a career in academia then this is your chance to learn how a university works.
The Open call for nominations student request details the position available and the process for nominations and elections.
The position available is
- One person elected as prescribed by and from postgraduate students enrolled in approved postgraduate subjects and courses of the faculty.
Please note:
This category is expected to produce the Postgraduate Representative on the Faculty Board of Studies.
If more than the required nominations are received for the above category, a ballot will be conducted.

Nominations open at 9:00am Friday 06 July 2012 and close once a valid nomination has been received.
