In mid-March, 212 graduates received their awards at VU's graduation ceremony in Malaysia.
Mr Craig Chittick OAM, Deputy Head of Mission, Malaysia was the guest speaker at graduation ceremony. He is a senior career officer of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, who has been Deputy High Commissioner to Malaysia since September 2008.
Students travel from all parts of the globe to attend the ceremony from countries such as Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
Some students interrupted their current studies in Melbourne to travel to their home country to receive their award in front of friends and family.
