Lisa is a highly respected leader in the vocational and higher education sector, with a strong track record of navigating complex operational environments and driving innovation in education delivery. As Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Enterprise and Digital at Victoria University (VU), she oversees the strategic direction and management of the university’s students, staff, and physical and digital infrastructure.

Her previous roles include Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Pathways and Vocational Education) at Swinburne University of Technology and CEO of the Gordon Institute of TAFE, where she led transformative initiatives that aligned education with evolving industry needs. Lisa also brings international experience from her leadership roles at The Gordon and the University of Plymouth in the UK.

With a foundational career in human resources and general management at the Just Group and the John Lewis Partnership (UK), Lisa has a deep understanding of people, performance, and organisational strategy. She is a Fellow Certified Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Lisa was the inaugural Chair of the Victorian Skills Authority Advisory Board (2021 – 2024) and continues as a Board member.
