Eleonora is a Project Administration and Publications Officer at the Mitchell Institute for Education and Health Policy. Prior to joining VU she worked as a Project Coordinator in Telecommunications for a number of years, participating in large-scale projects such as the 4G rollout.
Eleonora has a combined 20 years of professional experience in human resources, recruitment, workplace training, administration and project delivery. Over her career she has harnessed her skill set and extensive experience in coordinating and supporting various projects in roles within the education, government and telecommunications fields, in both public and private sectors. Her strengths lie in her abilities to strategise and use organisational and project management skills when planning projects. She is highly driven by achieving successful outcomes for stakeholders in project delivery. Through her Human Resources experience Eleonora is very passionate about the safety and wellbeing of the staff around her, and achieving personal growth within the workplace.
