As student representative on the Victoria University Council, Danielle Kanatas is committed to creating a strong nexus between the student body and Council to enhance student experience at Victoria University.
Danielle’s wealth of experience enables her to approach complex topics with empathy and nuance.
Before joining Victoria University as a Biomedical Science student, Danielle had extensive experience in brand development and marketing.
Additionally, she has enjoyed PR and public speaking opportunities for various charity and media organisations, including being invited to be the official ambassador by the Grand Prix in 2008, and the establishment of SME retail businesses.
Danielle is particularly driven by the continuous need for creativity, inclusion and diversity and a strong focus on student mental health; acknowledging that university provides so much more than a degree.
